Structured Outliner is a local-first note and outline app. It does not require an account and does not collect personal information.
The app itself does not collect personal information. The files you open or create stay on your device or in storage locations you choose through the system file picker. They are not transmitted to us.
The free version of the app displays non-personalized ads served by Google AdMob. We have configured AdMob to serve only non-personalized ads, meaning ads are not targeted based on your identity, browsing history, or behavior across other apps and websites. The AdMob SDK is only initialized when the ad is shown. Upgrading to Pro removes all ads and prevents the AdMob SDK from loading entirely.
We do not sell or share your documents or personal information with third parties. Ad serving in the free version is handled entirely by Google AdMob under their own terms.
The app does not track you across apps or websites. AdMob is configured to serve non-personalized ads only and does not use your data for ad personalization. No App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown because no cross-app tracking occurs. Pro users are not subject to any ad-related data collection.
The app does not collect or retain your data on any server. Your documents stay wherever you save them. Local backups created by the app remain on your device until you delete them.
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your data is stored locally in files you control. You are responsible for the security of your device and any locations where you store your documents.
We may update this policy when the app's features or data practices change. The current version will always be posted at this URL.
